My experience with this store is sort of 3-sided. One view is how it was for me, what it's like for the employees ("thru a customers eyes") and last but not least the side of how it should be for future customers and employees. My view of the store IS (a long detailed view so hold on tight!) A few over-priced products (one in particular) (not a big deal until the brush to your 11.99$ bottle of base/top coat for the dip acrylic set is dried up after one use!!!) EVERY INSTANCE that you purchase and use one, the chemicals or something in that bottle is produced to where it hardens within seconds of opening and applying to nail. After the first use the bottle is sealed, and shut to the point where you must use a vice grip and/or plyers to open it. If you don't luckily bust open the bottle of "ASP TOP COAT/BASE COAT" for your dip set you'll have loads of fun trying to apply an even "non-bumpy" coat of polish to your perfected nail. Good luck in that endeavour. The second side of my view of this store is the employees. Wish I would of gotten the names of the 2 who were working at about 4 pm. First thing about those two. They remind me of girls that I have seen in movies. They act like they've just took their SAT & are having their parents take them out to dinner at Papadeux for their extremely awesome test scores as well as that new IPhone 12 because they are excelling in all their classes. (These type of people are always the happiest in front of who they put on a front for. As well as themselves. Always so happy with the best of friends. Always act the best to their bosses. Come off as great leaders to corporate and are extremely loved by their family.) I just wanted to purchase two things from this Sally's today. I wanted a "Shimmer Blue" acrylic dip and a holographic nail polish designer brush. The cost was 13.35$ and I had 10.52$ in my paypal account. I had a mishap with one of the girls who started helping me. She pointed out that I had a dip color in my bag which I didn't think I did until I opened the bag. I handed it to her and she said she would have to stay with me while I continued to shop. "No problem" I Said. I asked about the holographic stuff & grabbed it. Almost put it in my pocket&said "oops was trying to get my phone". Handed it to her and we walked to the front. After she rang up my stuff she asked if I had a Sally's account. I gave her my info twice and then she asked something, I replied "Yeah, whatever" or "Yeah, sure, whatever" in a shrugging tone. As I was trying to find my phone and get my wallet out of my bag. She then raises her voice to a "Snappy" tone, states very quickly that if I'm going to have an attitude about it then I can just leave the store. I was not even sure what she said as I had just repeated my info twice. So when I asked her what she said, she had started stating that since she just "caught me stealing" and now that I have an attitude about a question she had asked, I can just "leave the store". I said okay well "nevermind, I'm just trying to get more money to pay for this". She said "okay".Then about fifteen seconds to a minute later she asks " What's wrong?". I stated that I am very insulted. She asked "Why is that?". I said "Because you accused me of stealing by stating that you caught me stealing when you said"Caught you stealing!". Then I proceeded to tell her what it really would have been like if I was really trying to steal. Yes, I exaggerated the story of what it would have been like.This next sentence is that story. "If I was really trying to steal from you I would have ran out or punched you or stabbed you or something." Right then&there her co-worker said " That's it! Get out of the store,you can leave now,you are threatening her!" I exclaimed that I wasn't&wasn't trying to purposely,& that I was trying to explain something. If I would have been doing what the first lady was accusing me of doing that my story of the crazier version of how it would have went down was the subject of discussion. I was not threatening her. This google review is being cut short.

I got hair extensions for my wedding. The associate told me to get mens grooming tape. The extensions fell out all though the ceremony. I called a an other associate told me to talk to the manager. This associate was very understanding and caring about the situation. Told me to contact the manager the next day. The manager was very unresponsive except to say if I had a receipt she could exchange the tape for more tape. After I told her I was recording her she offered to do more. Make sure you know who you are dealing with. If you have to go to the manager I would suggest a different store or go above her. She does not have the capability to do a proper job and definitely does not have the compassion or understanding any customer deserves.

I didn’t catch the lady’s name but she was awesome and extremely helpful. She showed me a better product that will protect my hair. She showed me where the reduced clearance stuff was, too! She also told me that I had a lot if points and that I need to go online to link my account to use them. I’ve been going to the Coors and central location and no one had told me that. I honestly thought I paid $5 a year to get a discount. I didn’t know I was accumulating points. This lady didn’t make me feel stupid like I’ve felt in the past. Luckily I work close to this location I’ll continue to go to that store. Not only was she so nice and helpful the store itself is so organized and not as crowded as Coors and central location. Thank you to the very helpful and pretty lady who was there Friday just before 4 pm today ☺️

Under new management. If you are a regular Sally's customer, come on in and introduce yourself. And for all salons and barbers in the area, come on in and see how we can provide your supplies at a great price. Any hunters out there who want to bleach your trophy skull? Well i have a recipe for you. Come on in and pick up all u need to have a bright trophy. Package deal pricing.

Very rude the worker was hella rude one lady walked out because of her and said she would be going to another location the worker asks me right after I had a question about the product are you ready if not so I can go over there or check you out but with an attitude this is the second time I had went in and she was just rude and very unhappy about her job
