I called Air MD for the first time after my heat went out earlier this week - the outside temperature was like 7 degrees and heavy snow. Before calling Air MD I spoke with 4 other companies who told me they couldn’t make it until the next day, would try to come but couldn’t guarantee, or simply didn’t answer the phone. Air MD technicians arrived within an hour or 2 of my call in extremely bad & dangerous road conditions and had my heat fixed quickly! I was pleasantly surprised by their cost...I expected to pay double the amount they charged me! Mr. Scruggs and the other technician (didn’t catch his name) were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I’m definitely a customer for life! Thank you so much!
Just had a 3 ton heat pump put in. Great service for installation. Have to see how their follow up service is .
Best ac heating people in the business. Fixed right the first time and their prices can't be beat.
This place is horrible come out and half fix your air conditioning system and play guessing games about the problem at hand. I advise everyone to stay away from their services
