I love the information provided on the website about item stock status and location in store and ability to check stock in Nearby locations. I have consistently noticed that the in store price is cheaper on non sale items then the website published price for curbside pickup or pickup in store. I always purchase my stuff in store because you can't get home depot to apply your veteran discount to an online order. I like the ability to track my purchases with a pro id. I don't like the conflict that arises, with some home depot staff about using your pro id in conjunction with your Veteran Discount.
Actually had a very good experience purchasing a grill. Not too crowded, efficient check out, personable guy right there to unlock the grill and help me load it. I was very impressed - thank you!
Friendly and helpful staff. I became a first-time homeowner about a year ago and while I know a bit about general maintenance, I’ve had plenty of questions along the way which have pretty well been answered by the team at The Home Depot.
It's one of the greatest of stores I know weather doing small home repairs or arts and craft I never failed in finding what I need!!! Thank you Home Depot. P. S. Though your not an arts and craft store you never know what what Artists can turn into artud83dude01
