Extremely helpful and Informative!! Jack Evans installed our UV light filter and was so helpful answering all our questions about our well. Cannot recommend this company enough! We are customers for life!
They told me they were coming on a certain day, never showed up, never called, and wouldn't answer the phone. Dont waste your time.
I lost all water on a Saturday and called around to have someone fix my problem. Knoxville Plumbing was open and came out. They said my pump was bad and it would be $1500-$2000 to replace the pump. I called R&R on Monday and they said they could replace the pump for $1000-$1200 so they got the job. The technicians from R&R re-checked everything and determined it WASN'T a bad pump but a bad pressure switch. Long and short of it, I was expecting up to a $2000 bill because of what Knoxville Plumbing said and wound up with a bill of $175 to have water again. R&R, Thank You. It's nice to know there is an honest company around here!
