Unethical realty group. Violated my privacy while selling a house neighboring mine. Took pictures of my property, specifically a pond, and portrayed it as if it were being sold with the property they were selling. Listed it as a water view property even after the previous owners were told that there were 80 ft privacy trees planted on my property line and there would not be a pond view in a year or so. They mentioned my pond in the listing 7 times. During the selling process, Had multiple people coming by my property to ask if the pond was being sold with the property they had listed because they were confused about my fence and a locked gate between the home for sale and my pond. The ad was severely deceiving. Several other realtors in the area were shown your listing and agreed with your unethical practice while selling. The place was being shown and people were standing at my fence line looking over the property line, hanging on the fence. I’m glad it has finally sold, so I can have my privacy back. I’m sure the new neighbors will be wonderful but it’s sad your company will do anything to try and get a property sold.nn** in response** Camden Group Realty you clearly took pictures of the pond instead of the outside of the house. The only pictures of the outside are on the side my property borders. None even on the right side of the house away from mine. The pond is the center of the picture in pretty much every “outdoor” picture you took instead of the house or the features on THAT property. The one for sale was 5 acres. Mine is 43. So the point your trying to make about both properties being so large that you had to show mine is BS. It was absolutely an invasion of my privacy and extremely unprofessional of you. It was brought to the sellers attention. They blamed it on your company. I had to have the property surveyed and marked to show that it was the property line. 7 times mentioned about the pond view. And listed as big water view? Did you tell the clients that in a year the Leyland Cypress trees will obstruct that view you pitched for the sale at least 7 times in the listing? The other two local real estate agents in the area stated that the post was deceiving right off the bat. Do whatever it takes to make a sale right? I’m simply letting others know in the area, that your company is deceitful and unethical.

Everyone seemed nice, I applied to rent a property. But when i called to provide more paperwork. I was told i would get a call back. No one never returned my phone calls. Very discouraging.

Brian and Camden Group Realty was great to work with. Very knowledgeable about the area and current real estate available/coming available. We were looking for a very specific property and were not having luck finding it through online search. Brian was able to help lead us to some potential properties and eventually find exactly what we were looking for. Also was able to help send us some local contractor/service contacts. Would definitely recommend.
