Stephan came out Tuesday to evaluate a leaking water main. He discovered the leak was a broken elbow and fix it quickly. He had already given us a quote for the full line repair with a couple upgrades we wanted. Because of his professionalism and enthusiasm for his craft we hired him to do the full line repair/upgrades . He handled the replacement quickly and didn't tear up my yard doing it including tunneling work under my sidewalk. Highly recommend asking for Stephan by name for any repair work. Thanks again Stephan!

I am very pleased with choosing AAA City Plumbing as the company to address my plumbing concerns. They sent out a gentleman by the name of Toshi and he offered nothing short of superior customer service. We needed a toilet fixed and we needed some work done on the hot water heater. He fixed the toilet. He enlightened me that he could not repair the hot water heater due to electrical issues, but he did inform me that once I get the electrical work done, I could then reach back out to get it repaired. He knew his stuff and provided great insight. Toshi is truly an asset to the company. Thanks Toshi!

Stephan came to repair a broken faucet supply line. He performed the repair in a timely manner and double-checked to ensure everything was working as it was supposed to, no leaks and a quality job. Not only that, he was very friendly and treated my wife and I as if he had known us all of his life. In the future, if I have need of plumbing services, I'll definietely call AAA and ask for Stephan.
