We rented a nice condo in the Ocenside Villas on Isle of Palms. It was a good price considering the location and being spring break. We were within walking distance of everything from the beach (900 feet) to the grocery store (1,060 feet) to the restaurants (1,000 feet), and it was right there when we got off the bridge. We parked our vehicle when we arrived and never moved it until we left. Checking in and out was quick and the staff was friendly, the condo was very nice with everything we needed and cute decorations, and reserving it online was simple. If we ever vacation at Isle of Palms again, we will try to rent the same place again. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We checked into out cottage on Monday. We liked it so on Tuesday we added another night to our reservation. Wednesday morning construction work began next door. The contractor was cutting wood with a circular saw about 15 - 20 feet from our cottage. We couldn't sit outside and even the noise while insidenour cottage was annoying. I called the customer service line twice, I believe it's Daniel who is the head of customer service, received his recording, and left a message that if the construction was going to continue we would like to move to a different unit. We never received a call back so I called the reservation line, a woman in the office said she would check into the situation and get back to us. We never heard from her again either. The construction noise did continue Thursday. We liked our cottage but we would not be comfortable staying with Island Realty due to their lack of responsiveness. My wife and I owned a cabin rental business for 18 years. Ignoring customer complaints by not returning their phone calls is unacceptable.

Great vacation! The condo was equipped with so many conveniences, even dish soap and a scrub sponge. The view was beautiful from our balcony. I can't wait to stay with them again next year!
