The house was exactly as described and very clean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. Communication with this business was great before, during and after our stay. A person always answered the phone with a friendly voice and helped with whatever we asked. On arrival, the refrigerator had no ice and smelled like old seafood. We reset the Ice Maker arm, etc and decided to wait til morning to see if it worked. The next morning - no ice. We called Carolina One. Within the hour someone delivered a large bag of ice and later someone came to look at the Ice Maker. They contacted us before arriving. The next day . . . we had a new refrigerator that made tons of ice and smelled clean!!! Now that is service!nAlso, though the AC works well, the Master gets really hot late in the day just from the sun shining in. We asked for a floor fan to pull AC into the room . . . they brought a super nice one that day!!nnWill definitely use Carolina One for our next stay!!

This was by far the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. It was newly renovated and had everything we needed. Great view of the beach and pool. The bed was super comfortable as well!

This was our first house to IOP. The house was perfect! It had a great set up for multiple families and close to the beach. Great service from from Carolina 1

Carolina One Rentals staff were very courteous and helpful. They did an excellent job of helping us with the rental and all our questions. Rental was ready and very clean when we arrived just as advertised. Highly recommend Carolina One Real Estate.
