I would highly recommend working with Amy Rogers at IOP Residential Real Estate. We asked Amy to help us find a vacation home that we could rent out when we weren't here. Amy listened to what we wanted and took the time to educate us on the area. She was attentive, hard working, honest, knowledgeable and made us feel that she was truly looking out for our best interests. We loved working with her and are working with her again to find our permanent Charleston home.

I bought my condominium in uptown Charlotte a year ago with the help of Amy Rogers. She was very patient with me and helped me define and narrow my goals. When I decided that I definitely wanted to live in a certain building and needed two bedrooms and two baths, Amy researched and sent letters to all of the owners whose units fit my criteria. Within one week, I had signed a contract for my new home. To my delight, Amy followed up with me afterwards and visited to see what changes I had made.
