It is currently 11:50PM and we have yet to have an office respond to our call. At just after 11:00PM, a gentleman walked up our driveway (we live a few 200-300ft off the road) and knocked on the door saying that he is on his way to Tulsa from Fort Smith and turned around in the construction entrance across from our house and got stuck. He needed someone to tow him out. I politely declined as I have a wife and sleeping baby inside and told him I could call the local police to help him out. He responded...”well I could call them, I just thought I’d ask a neighbor”. I called the central dispatch and she (name omitted) said a patrol car would come check it out. After 45 minutes of no officer, I called back to check the status and she told me “all our officers are on high priority calls, they (stuck individual(s)) can call a tow truck”. This is so frustrating given no update was given and I’ve sat in my front bay window for 45 min. making sure nothing suspect is going on 350ft from my front door.

Always prompt when an emergency happens as well as having friendly officers.

The men and women who work here are the most polite and decent people. Couldn't ask for better people to look over the town I live in.
