Visited this Motel and it was Nice and clean inside, Shay a front desk Clerk was kind... did not like the fact that they take $150 plus $20 off your debit or credit card, for security purposes, money goes back to your card in like 15 to 30 days... But was Thankful that was explained to me before i decided to get a room there... There is a sign on the front desk that also states the information of the fees...
This is a nice hotel. Very clean. They have a GREAT breakfast selection, even if it is a bit of a different style due to current world events.nnHowever, during our two separate stays in two different 2-bedroom suites, one of the bedroom TVs hasn't worked each time.nnAlso, the first room, the temperature was controlled through the thermostats, but the second room it was controlled through the wall units - without there being any indication that that was the case.
I had to stay here for several weeks recently. The staff were great. Administrative stuff gave me a very good rental rate. The cleaning staff kept the rooms and the common areas very clean and the hotel made a strong attempt to follow the Covid rules. Masks were required. The breakfast was great every morning. The facilities were very nice including the rooms and the gym. And the laundry. I would recommend this place highly to anyone especially if you have to stay for a while. It’s close to everything. The views are nice. The staff really make the place work well.
Slow drain in bathroom sink and remote control had to be swapped out. Still give it 4 stars because their customer service and everything else about the room was great. Additionally, they were very accommodating of our rather large and rambunctious group of football players who were there for a tournament.
In major need of a deep clean and maintenance. We had a two bedroom suite and I had to sleep on the pull out couch because my allergies were so bad in one of the rooms. There was mold in the bathroom and scratched up furniture in every room.
