Lady that reached out to my wife is very rude and unpleasant. She needs to find a job that suits her skillset better or a job that doesn't interact with people.
I contacted the office to set up new service and have a water meter installed and received excellent customer service. I think these badnreviews must be from people who are mad about other issues that have nothing to do with the office staff, like leaks on their side of the meter or bills they don't pay. Great people.
I had to contact them today due to a water pressure issue. They came out same day. The man that came out, Chris, was super helpful and informative. He was patient with all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with the issue and plan. Hopefully all of the employees are as helpful and knowledgeable as him. Thanks!!

I called at 30 minutes before closing, very frustrated after not getting any help from the City of BA regarding my outrageous sewer charges. The ladies at RWD4 were SUPER helpful and pulled my water usage for past three years and had the print out ready for me at the door when I arrived. Hopefully the city will no longer charge me $59/month for sewer when my water is only $25/month! Thank you ladies! I appreciate it very much!!!
