Helpful & compassionate. The only thing I didn't care for is they failed to call me with my Covid results. When I called, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. She acted as though it was a huge inconvenience to give me my results.
Apparently answering the phone is not part of this agency's skillset.
Always kind and helpful staff
These people are morons. Inept doesn't begin to describe their level of incompetence.
We spend 2.5 half hours at this place for shots. Mind you we had made an appointment. It took them 45 minutes just to check us in. The nurse was very impatient with our children and questioned abuse over magnolia spots our daughter has. The staff was very rude and unprofessional! I will never recommend this place until management buckles down on whoever is running this place! HHC will hear about this!! Discrimination will never be ok!
