We called with a plumbing issue on a Monday and were told they'd be at our home by Monday at 3pm. They didn't come. We called again and were told they'd come by Tuesday from 4-5pm. Again, they didn't come. We called again and were told they come on Wednesday. They never showed. We gave up on them, called a different plumber the following morning and had someone by the house in less than 24 hours.nExtremely poor customer service and lack of communication. I do not recommend Adoni Plumbing Solutions whatsoever.
Plumber didn’t push RESET button that had tripped. Instead, replaced a part unnecessarily and then told me the whole unit needed to be replaced. I was without hot water nearly 4 weeks. It took getting Channel 2 involved before someone actually came and reset the unit. Tried to blame the warranty company. Also tried to say original plumber was from California and “things are different there”. Bottom line, a reset button isn’t an Oklahoma thing.. They have them in California too. Be vary wary of this company!
Quick and efficant, great attitude, reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
Didn’t show up to multiple appointments over 2 months. Even claiming they should be here any minute on more than one occasion. Then claim they don’t service the area. Even tho American home shield had sent them to my house on 2 other accounts.
Very courteous and professional and despite dealing with a horrible home warranty company the time was still taken to take care of my needs and help me. Would recommend to friends and family 10 times outta 10.
