Reserved a room for 3 people with the need for 2 queens and a pull out sofa. Got to the room, pulled out the sofa bed and went to look for a blanket, sheets and pillows. There were none in the room. Went down to the front desk to get some because the room phone was broke. When we asked for the items they said it would be a $30 charge and there were no extra pillows. This should be something that is explained up front when you are already paying $170 for the room. Recommend the other hotels that are just as close. Avoid if possible.
Didn’t even get the chance to stay I called to make sure I had my reservation booked & was telling them I was arriving late and they told me they had nothing under the name & I tried booking it again through call but they would charge me extremely more than the price I was told last night. PATHETIC!
Horrible customer service. This hotel charged me an extra $399.99 for my 6 lb Service dog. After checking into the facility with her, they charged my card and when I called to ask about the charge, I was told they do not accept emotional support dogs and the charge was staying. I will never stay here again. This is horrible customer service and very inconsiderate. I should have been made aware at check in when I had my emotional support dog with me at the desk.
STAY AWAY!!! Staff is rude and they will try to charge you for every little thing and they won't say anything to you about it before hand. Asked for a later check out of only 1 hour longer they said okay that's fine and then went ahead and charged me another night and won't refund me so now I'm having to dispute it with my bank. These people are crooks and the place is honestly terrible for how expensive it is.
Hotel was clean and roomy. It does have a couple of cracks and scratches in the restroom but still ok. Breakfast was just biscuits. No juice, milk or coffee.
