I received a voucher in the mail regarding $50 in free play, $50 in a meal voucher and two complimentary nights. Check in was great, no issues at all. We received the two comp nights. The assistant manager that checked us in was great. Super nice and friendly.nnWe had left the voucher from the mail at home (not knowing we needed it, we don’t go to casinos that often) only to be paying out at dinner and they then inform us we needed to try and get a voucher printed off from the players club because they wouldn’t accept an image of it. Went to the players club, only to be informed I needed to “play money using my card and it should show up.” I played money ($40) like she informed, went back to the desk and they told me if I didn’t have the mail in flyer I wouldn’t be able to be credited the $50 in food. The voucher clearly says “offer not required”. Highly disappointed. The players club would not help Even when I asked to speak to someone else. We would not have made this stop on our trip if this had been stated before or had known this offer didn’t apply even if we had forgotten our voucher at home.
Great hotel and casino. It’s very big and you will get tired walking around this place. But it’s worth coming here. They payout pretty good and the hotel rooms are A1 class. The staff is so friendly and helpful and also polite.
The lady in the front desk when I checked in was very very rude very inconsiderate and nasty. The second lady was real great that check me out and gave me my room key. Everything was great and fantastic. The only complaint is the bad needs replaced in 30031 it was very uncomfortable and the pillows. But besides that it was great
It's a great place to go and have a good time .I always enjoy my trips there.
It's not real crowded. Empty areas.. For one like me ( not into alot of people ).Really NICE.
