I was one of two customers in the store. No greeting from the associate, who was an older lady, who was working there. But the next customer who came in after got the customary greeting and can I help you find anything? I would have bought several things from this place but not from a place where it was obvious that I wasn't welcomed or at least deserved a greeting.
Went in to get winter type clothes. I have lost a bit of weight so I had no clue what size jeans I needed. The dressing rooms closed I was so worried. I had help from Jennifer and she is amazing!!! She took a look at me, told me what size I am and I bought 3 pair of jeans, 2 of the 3 fit perfect! Excellent customer service, exceptional shopping experience! I will be going back for sure!
