Very terrible customer service. They will lie to you and run you around in circles. They close the office for hours at a time and don’t respond to calls or texts. The storage facility gate doesn’t always work. The auto withdrawal system is terrible and rarely works and they will use these missed payments against you if you forget to go in there and update it every time it misses a payment or they change their system. I found a dead roach upon moving in and the carpet floors are still sticky, despite two serious attempts at shampooing them. They look like they haven’t been replaced in at least ten years. The washing machine was moldy and the fireplace wasn’t properly cleaned out. I thought this place was a great deal due to the price and the area but you really do get what you pay for, don’t let the newly renovated look on the exterior fool you.

Love the apartment, has a fireplace and such. Pretty nice. But the management has no idea how to do their job. Never contacts me back when I have a major issue and will screw you over first chance they get. Do not rent here. My own opinion but I will never rent from here again. Horrible management.

Totally LOVE this place! Amazing management team, great place to live! I recommend these apartments like no other!! Very nice and affordable apartments!

Spirit of Excellence. I informed them about wasp, yellow jacks near my storage area. They've put a screens all around. I'm so pleased. It was a small request, but the response is excellent. This is a reflection of excellent management. The staff are worth their weight in gold. Thank you!

I’m new to the community but have already had great service from the Mgmt staff. The area is nice, quiet, and close to everything. Look forward to enjoying the neighborhood.
