Villas at Countryside

Staff were friendly and helpful even when the issue I was having didn't happen when the maintenance team came to check. My issue was fixed and they kept me informed through the whole process.

This is the first apartment I've lived in on my own, so my view may be a bit unversed. Compared to the dorms I've lived in in the past, however, this place is amazing.nnWith a reserved, covered, parking spot, I pay 825 dollars a month, for a community that I feel very safe in. I have not had any problems with pests or bad neighbors while I've been here, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and there's nice little things like a gym and pool, which are always kept clean and in working order.nnMy apartment itself is a very spacious one room, and everything such as the carpet and paint, seems like they were brand new when I moved in. While there was some issues with the windows not staying open, or not opening at all, Villas at Countryside had maintenance people out the very next day to get it fixed. The same could be said for the couple of times my garbage disposal has gotten clogged. The maintenance here is prompt and professional! They've even been generous when my floor got scuffed moving in a washer and dryer, and when a hook ripped some of the paint got ripped off the wall, giving me the tools to fix it at no cost, and at no risk of losing my security deposit.nnOnly thing I could say to knock the place is that a lot of the neighbors don't seem to clean up after their dogs. Usually within a week someone else will come by and clean it up, but it can be annoying sometimes. That isn't so much a problem with the apartment though. We are also right in tornado alley, so that may be a concern once the season comes around.nnAll in all, I'd say it's pretty much a 5/5, hard to beat.

Best place in Moore for my opinion! I was them for three years and helped me out a lot! I genuinely thank the management working with me with a lot of things! Go to them!!

Management and maintenance are very friendly, responsive, and professional. These apartments are dog friendly with a nice dog park and large courtyards. The apartments are basic, but decent for the price. Only downside is that there are no overhead lights in the bedrooms.
