The company will not call you back regarding service requests. Put tickets in both websites where we are suppose to submit service request, called in and left multiple voicemails. Our dishwasher leaks water, tack strips are exposed on the carpet line. I would definitely recommend going with another company. We have been waiting over 2 months for some urgent repairs.

I've tried other services in the past and they usually did a spotty job, it created more work for me. But not Hallmark Property Management, they are the kindest, most conscientious, and trustworthy people you could ever have in your home(s). Anyone who knows me well would attest that any property management service I'm endorsing must be the best in the business - as in THE BEST anywhere in the entire world. They are. Hire them. It's without a doubt one of the best decisions I've ever made. And i just want to say a big thank you to Hallmark Property Management for being the best in the business.

Property Management companies seem like they can be hit or miss. In my experience, Hallmark has been a hit. Everything you would expect from professionals - timely communication, responsiveness, and overall a pleasure to deal with.

The rent ready teams are the greatest. Homes are in wonderful condition for move in.
