I love my new apartment here. I have not found anything negative here. Management is very dependable, friendly and conscientious to answer questions I may have or any maintenance I need. A lot of people expect immediate service. I don’t! I look around at the size of this complex and know the light fixture that I turned in to be replaced, can wait. I’m not the only person living here. But to my surprise, everything was taken care of within 1-2 weeks of moving in. My grandsons love it here as well. So to all my new neighbors having issues, I would like to say, we can always move someplace else where they have a 10 person maintenance crew, but we will pay for it, big time. And we will still not get immediate response. Maintenance is a busy, busy department. Be patient, be happy and help your neighbors all you can.

THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE. IF YOU WANT HIDDENS FEES WHEN YOU MOVE OUT AND LATE CHARGES WITHHELD FROM YOU UNTIL 3 MONTHS DOWN THE ROAD THEN MOVE HERE!! not only is it not worth but this place has nothing to offer beside a dirty pool, small washers and dryers that you need 3 dollars to even do half a load, and kids who climb on cars. Wouldn't recommend this place to someone i didn't like.. save your money and look somewhere else, take it from someone who lived there for 2 years.

The ladies in the office are rude they never help on anything they never fix anything the laundry machines never work its absolutely the worst place to live.

I lived in southwinds from 1993 to 1997 and the manager evicted me and my dad because the water in the main bathroom was leaking and she didn’t like me or my dad I feel and after I got evicted I used to go see some people I knew who lived there and one day I was visiting a friend of mine and she saw me and she told me j couldn’t be on the grounds because I didn’t live there and I was evicted from my apartment and I had no right to be there and I told her I was visiting a friend but she didn’t care and told me if she sees me on the grounds she was going to get me arrested for coming on private area
