I have witnessed my fair share of good and bad incidents with police officers whether it be Moore police department or other citiesnWhat I just saw take place in front of MM7 card shop on 1-25-2020 at 3:50 pm is what we as citizens expect from those employed to protect and serve us a young office pulled up to an older lady who appeared to be having a hard time walking and not only did he stop to check on her he offered her a ride even helping her up into his patrol car and buckled her innIt was nice to see the gentler kinder side of a peace officer and what I witnessed made me proud to know that we have someone like that protecting our children, and our elderlynnI wish I had a badge # but I was only able to get the ID on his vehicle as he drove awaynID 13-218

I just got a visit from the Moore Police Code Enforcement about one of my car's tag. I know about it, I plan on getting it taking care of when I get paid mid month. So know instead of it just costing me the tag, now if I don't get it done in 48 hrs.' the price maybe 3x the tag. Code enforcement should give you more than two days.

Pulled me over for wearing headphones on my motorcycle and harassed me saying they were illegal, when I asked what the ordinance was stating this he said it was a state statute. I asked what is the difference between helmets that can play music and my MP3 player he didn't have an answer. Said he would just give me a verbal warning. Teach your officers to quit quoting statutes if they don't know them. OHP said it is up to each city on the earphone issue. Officer I talked to said he wouldn't pull someone over for this.

1 star based on Lt Dudley. He is ignorant and also ignorant of the law. I would give Sgt. Ellis a 5 star rating as he is calm level headed and seems to respect individuals. Promote Sgt. Ellis to Lieutenant if you want to better the department!

2nd time in 15 years I've experienced harrassment by a Moore police officer. I witnessed display of unprofessional conduct and projection of their own private lives while on duty.
