People were very pleasant. I spent the night in the front drive & they didn't mind. (Although I ended up having to back out and into the other entrance for fear of not being able to make the turn to go around the building. This truck (Volvo 860) is nice but turns like a river barge compared to what I'm used to) It took some time to get unloaded since they have no dock. They have to pull it to the back with a pallet jack and then take it off with a forklift. And if you have a sizable delivery they won't take you unless you are there pretty much first thing in the morning (09:00) because after the unload they have to count, sort, and stock it all by hand and it can take at least most of the day so be there early! Your best bet is to park on the street overnight and be first in the possible line then deliver off the clock. A small delivery may not be such a problem but call and check. They will not unload on Saturday or Sunday.

Had one of the drivers almost rear end me on the highway. He was driving 15 over in 5 o'clock traffic. Then tailgated me for the next 5 miles. Not sure I'd trust a company that let's their drivers endanger people on the road. Vehicle number was 17. Have pictures as well.
