Rooms are roomy and kept very clean. We are here for business and all the staff makes us feel like we are home. If we have any problems they get on it immediately. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!!
Rooms are relatively nice, very eco friendly as everything shuts off of it doesn't detect movement within 15 minutes. Which is good for them, not so much for someone trying to relax in their room. Internet is complete rubbish. Customer service has been genuinely polite
This place was impeccably clean. The staff was very helpful and super welcoming. They definitely make you feel like family and this will definitely be the only place I will stay at when I visit Enid. 10/10 recommend
Taylor Gordon, GM will go above and beyond to ensure that you will have the perfect stay. This is someone who understands the guest and have sympathy and empathy for all. Highly recommend all to stay there. Take it from me who lives in hotels 9 months out of the year!
While a majority of our stay was pleasant, the final minutes will have me never going to a candlewood again. As I was checking out, a blonde girl came running out of an office yelling at a group of foreigners that they needed leave immediately, that it was “her hotel” and she made the rules. My husband and I don’t stand for actions like this and I’m certain that your corporate office would not either.nnJan K
