Nice people but they do not know how to iron a collar. I have tried Scott Cleaners for almost a year and they continue to iron the collar warped or flat open. You might be attracted by the shirt special on Wednesdays but beware you will have to fix the collars yourself. Not all the shirts are messed up but a few in every bunch and it is an ongoing issue. Now I have to find a new dry cleaner...

I was told over the phone that they could clean hats and if I drop off in the morning I can get my hats back the next day at 5pm. Well I drove to them to do so and the lady proceeded to tell me it would be a week before I get them back. I said that's not what you said on the phone. So let me see charge me 5 times the price of a shirt and get the hats back it takes 5 times longer. She told me they have to run hats seperate. That's fine but don't promise something and then don't follow thru. Not a good way to do business!!

TERRIBLE!!! They stained a new white dress shirt and sent it back once came back with the same stain and a NEW one!!! So what did I do i sent it back for the 2nd time and after i sent it back twice and after a week they never fixed the issue and when i was given the number to a manager the clerk told me I could leave a message but she probably wouldn't call me back so I would have to call her back in the morning. Talked to the manager and got no where! She told me they couldn't and wouldn't replace the shirt they ruined but I could bring it back for the 3rd time for them to try to fix the issue! OMG really! so ended up taking to new dry cleaners for them to fix the issue that SCOTT CLEANERS RUINED! They didn't even make me pay for it since it was such a issue with a different dry cleaner and got the stains out! Now that is customer service and how dry cleaning should be done! Never returning!!!
