I’ve been using them for a few years. Always do a good job and their prices are reasonable.
Horrible customer service and quality of cleaning. They damaged a shirt and have now had it a month without giving me a way to resolve the issue. I’ve called numerous times asking for a manager and never receive a call back
Very rude front desk. My friend went in for an interview and the front desk did not even know what he was talking about. Didn’t even know if they hiring manager was a guy or a girl lol. Just rude for no reason right when we walked in. No wonder the ratings are bad, I see why! Also lobby is nasty, boxes and it stunk. Very nasty looking and beat up place . I will never come here for services .
They undoubtedly damaged the zipper on a pair of dress pants and refused to repair or cover the expense to have them fixed. Presented dreadful customer service when given the opportunity to correct the problem. I would strongly suggest you avoid this place.
Reasonable prices and nice people working there makes it easy for people to drop off and pick up
