Poor customer service, management seems to have no idea what the customer actually needs. The company has taken a long, sad, downward spiral from what it once was. Perhaps it's the high employee turnover rate or just growing so fast that they forgot the personal touch that made them what they were. Sad but I now use (name withheld) instead, as do many of my fellow companies. There are better places out there.
