One of the stylists had the nerve of complaining about how “clearly unfinished” my hair color was. First of all, I DID NOT come to this establishment and pay for my hair to be cut only to have that person COMPLAIN about my hair process. If it looks “unfinished” then it may more than likely be UNFINISHED! Maybe I have a plan... but did you ask? NO! All you did was complain to me about the “poor dye job” and “how much better it could have been” when the reality is that it really wasn’t complete at all! I came in to get a cut so that I could go back and finish MY OWN DYING PROCESS! Period! The rest is none of your business but if you would have kindly asked me about my process, then I would have kindly explained to you that I am in the middle of doing my own thing. It is very ignorant to believe that there is only one correct way to color your hair no matter how professional you think you are. And by treating a paying guest in your business this poorly, it should go without saying how unprofessional you truly are! I will NOT be returning to this location!

The lady that cut my hair was amazing, definitely had experience in cutting hair. I absolutely love the style she matched from a picture i had shown her. Will definitely return to the Moore, Ok. Location.

The appt. Schedule option is great, I can pre- schedule so I can get on the waiting list, run a few errands and arrive to a waiting chair for my son's haircut. Really like that they put notes in the system so they will have an idea what to do.

Horrible. Kaylee cut my daughters hair and it was so choppy and extremely uneven. There were chunks that were longer and I even told the girl about one piece when she got done bc it was longer, she fixed that one, but when we got home I realized it was like that in several spots.nnThe manager, Ashley, cut my sons hair and was rude to me bc I didn't know what number they normally use. I explained several times that we've never had anyone ask that and I've always shown the same picture that I showed her and they just cut it from seeing it.nnI had to go back the next day to have the manager fix my daughter's hair. The only reason we went was bc Snip It's was closed and we needed to have it done. Very dissappointed and we will never go back.
