We chose Advanced Water Solutions for our soft water needs and filtered drinking water since moving to Enid in 1997. Excellent Customer service and reliable repairs when your unit needs a check up.

Arrived on time with all the parts needed including an extra filter that was not part of the their softener but I asked they bring. All labor is included with the rental service agreement. So my only problem was with the labor they charged to change this one filter. The filter isn’t one of their filters but I thought while they’re already here I’d have them change it. It cost me fifty bucks in labor plus the cost of the filter. It took about 15 minutes to change this one filter. I won’t have them do that again. This is the reason for only giving four stars.nI’m still happy with with the service the tech did and explaining the softener and RO to us. Thank you.
