Orchid Nails

I see complaints below and wonder if they asked for things to be fixed. The messy toenail polish could easily be cleaned up easily. Telling them to not file the tops of your nails when you know you don’t like it, that’s an easy fix. I always ask for things I don’t like to be fixed. They’re willing to do whatever you like, but you have to speak up and ask nicely.nnTo the person who tried to make a color issue out of being asked to pay for your nails in the middle of your service, they ask me to pay for my nails before they massage and paint, unless I’m getting shellac/dip. It gives you an opportunity to enjoy your massage and let your nails dry, so you don’t mess up your fresh manicure.nnI’ve been going here on and off for 12 years. There are nail technicians whose work I like and some that I don’t. So, I call and make an appointment with the ones I like. When I don’t like something, I tell them and they change it. It’s kind of like getting a haircut. You wouldn’t just let any random person cut your hair.nnI personally like Jane for my brows, but I don’t get acrylics, so I like Kathy and Gina to do my nails.

I got a pedicure and the lady keep putting the scrub thing on the floor and she goes answer her cell phone and texting the whole time while one hand scrubbing my feet. It was not sanitize . My pedicure wasn’t really scrub. It was poor service . Never go there again.

as a person of color, I wasn’t pleased with the fact the nail technician literally stopped in the middle of my service and asked if I could pay for my nails. I am aware they have a sign that says teenagers must pay before prior to service however I am almost 30yrs old and don’t look like no teenager. highly disappointed & will never go back.

I got a gel manicure and pedicure today and had two different women help me.nEach was an entirely different experience.nMy gel manicure was done first and the lady butchered my fingers. They are sore, scabbed and she filed my nails so low my fingertips are raw. She kept laughing at me as I flinched, it was so weird.nThere’s gel polish remaining on all of my fingers, both red and clear. Every one of my nails has a large shiny ring around it that feels stiff and uncomfortable. (Like, I kid you not, down to my distal knuckle joint in some cases)nThese images were taken after 5 hand washes, two of which were with a nail brush.nMy pedicure was lovely except their massage chairs don’t work and my legs were actually falling asleep because the seat was so hard. The woman who helped me did a fabulous job, though. My toes look and feel great.nI was so excited reading the reviews about this place, hoping to have found my new nail spot. I was sadly very disappointed.
