Deanna is a phenomenal person building a community of kind folks, even one at a time with all safety precautions in place during a global pandemic. She gave me an amazing haircut for my naturally curly hair and a great brow wax. She helped bring out my own inherent beauty without trying to change what I look like. Such a great place. The owner was very nice, and ia taking Covid very seriously with top notch precautions. I got one of the better haircuts I've gotten in Seattle and enjoyed the experience. Highly recomend.

When I first walked into Lawtiwa I instantly feel in love...I felt the warmth of her culture...I love that is like a little museum of her heritage. Then we chatted about her experience that she has doing hair, and how much continuing education means to her. Those are 2 main factors I look for when looking for a stylist.
