Nice prices and very friendly staff. I brought my 9 year old. The ladies were so patient and caring. They are very careful. I was very relaxed and the ambiance of the whole palace was wonderful. We enjoyed the waterfall on the wall.

They made sure everyone who came in took their temperature and wrote it done. Clean and fast what I like. I love my color

Negative stars if I could. Had the worst experience here. I showed up at 12 and ended up leaving at 2:30. I showed a picture of what I was looking for (ombré set) they said they could do it, only to find out that was not true. I decided to pick just one color to make it easier for her. But the work was very sloppy, my fingers are stained with the color I picked. they did not let me wash my hands before clear coating even tho I asked so now there is a bunch of powder residue under the clear coat. The lady tried to say that it was because of the color I picked LOL.

This place always has great service and they are very covid friendly, making you wash your hands when you enter and plastic dividers at all stations. But 4 stars because I don't like that they don't speak a whole lot of English, so they dont say a whole lot to you....

Best nail salon around I love the girls they are the best!!
