I 100% do not recommend this dry cleaners. While they’re quick to turn clothing around, they’re sloppy. We have received many dress shirts back with buttons missing or cracked even after talking with them about it. When they replaced the buttons they did not match. Tonight was our final straw when I came to pick up dry cleaning at 6pm, one hour before closing, only to find a note on the door saying they’d be back in 30 minutes. I waited until closing at 7 and no one ever showed up. We will be picking up our clothes first thing in the morning and will not return.nnUPDATE: I went and picked up our clothes this morning and was able to speak to the owner via phone. HE was the one who didn’t show up for his shift that started at NOON and made no attempt to communicate to customers that the cleaners wouldn’t be open for the rest of the day. Apparently there are only two other staff that work there, leaving no one to cover the shift. My advice to current staff: go get a new job with an owner/boss who leads by example. You most certainly would be fired for engaging in the same behavior he did.
Outstanding! There is nothing decent in the area except this. New owner is great! For real. Just moved into the area and was worried there is no decent dry cleaners here, but lo and behold!
They quoted me one price over the phone, but when I showed up, they changed the price. Not cool.
I thought to Share My Favorite Drycleaners and Tailor. I have been a Loyal Customer for about 5 years now. It was my Lucky Day to have found this Business. Great Service and turn around time. Best Business Ever!!!
These people are like neighbors you have known for years. And I don't go in that often but from day-one they remember me every time. Super nice, good prices and trustworthy people.
