So my sister and I went in to get our nails done. Manicure says $15. Acrylic fill in is $20 with a $3 nail repair. I checked the website and talked to a nail tech over the phone to confirm prices before going.nnHowever, at check out for an acrylic fill in and a nail repair came out to $43!!!!! My sisters Manicure was $20. When I asked the nail tech checking me out she said the prices were correct and very rudely told me I needed to check the website.

I have nothing but nice things to say about this salon. The atmosphere is nice and has an upscale feel. Every time I enter I am greeted warmly and I'm acknowledged by name by the owner when I call to book appointments. I never have to wait when I schedule an appointment. They still offer acrylic which is a plus for me, many places I've been will only do gel. My nail tech T is extremely friendly and helpful. I always schedule with her and she is amazing with shaping and polish. They have a nice color selection and offer many options. I've been to a lot of nail salons in the triangle but this is by far my absolute favorite.

I'm surprised by all the great reviews, and I wish I could say good things. However, I requested gel nails but got acrylic. When I questioned them about it, the woman acted like I didn't know what I was talking about and said she was confused.. I thought gel nails were a pretty common request. I was charged for what gel would have cost, even though thats not what I received. I also brought my 7 year old daughter with me. She wanted mermaid looking nails. I showed a picture for the woman to go off. They went off in the other section to do them and when she came back, I thought my daughter ended up changing her mind with what she wanted because it did not resemble the picture. I expressed my disappointment with the woman there, but she was not very pleasant or accommodating. She didn't attempt to fix either problem, and thats why I'm writing a poor review. I understand mistakes happen or people have off days, but the lack of effort to fix these concerns is what really bothered me. We paid $75 and neither of us got what we asked for

We got there right when they opened, we’re seated for our pedicures. It was a great experience. I had gel done for my manicure and it turned out well, also had my eyebrows waxed. 4 stars because the person who had done my sister’s acrylic nails made them super wide and they didn’t look very realistic. She was too shy to say anything, but it had already been done when she noticed them.

I recieved service twice and it was good. Although I found the next three times I tried to get service Nacy refuse to do my nails. I see other (white) women walking in with no appointment and she make sure she take care of them. I will not be made to feel my money don't spend like they money spend. It's a shame that my daughters and I will have to go elsewhere.
