I had a leak in the upstairs bathroom that came through the kitchen ceiling. They came out and checked it for no charge and let me know that I could simply paint it myself with no need to hire anyone. I’m a big fan of any company willing to do this because it feels like they’re honest and really are looking out for what the customer needs. Would definitely recommend them.

Big Blue is the best!n1. My house looks amazing.n2.They dealt with the insurance company ( who were making me crazy) AND got me significantly more repairs/money then the insurance company first offered.n3. They are really nicen4. Communication is greatn5. They are thoughtful. As the painter was tarping my kitchen--I heard Quint make sure they left the coffee maker accessible. It's the small things.n6. There was diversity in the work crews they brought inn7. They paid attention to the details.n8. Quint is the man.

We had a leak with our toilet in our 1/2 bath on the first floor. We called one company who came out to look at the damage and said to call them when we hear back from insurance. We called Big Blue and they came out assessed the damage and said they will work with the insurance. Quint worked with us and was very responsive. We were given a time frame and the work was completed in time with one minor thing that had to be completed a week later. Quint stayed on top of everything, answered our questions and gave us great customer service. The damage required the wood floor to be replaced, the vanity to be replaced, and painting. They did have to dry out the area before work could begin. We decided to replace the toilet at the same time so they took care of that as well. The leak is repaired and the bathroom looks great. We were very pleased with Big Blue.

They were great from beginning to end! Always responsive to phone, text, or email. Was always on site and willing to make sure I was happy with the work being done. Already recommended them to a friend of mine.

We contracted Big Blue to come fix extensive water damage at our house. From start to finish, they did a great job for us. Their staff were professional and courteous; communication was excellent and they went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. The room they fixed now looks better than all the other rooms in our house lol. They have our highest recommendation.
