Great experience, great work. Explained to me exactly what the problem was, and fixed it on time.nSewer system was not operating properly, was able to repair the pump system. Able to clean out the debris and the clog, and to explain to me how it happened so that it will not happen again. My parents had an emergency on a Saturday and needed prompt help. Their water heater had gone out and needed replacement. I contacted Superior Plumbing and they were out on a Saturday in just a few hours. John was an excellent technician providing superior service and multiple price options for the new hot water heater. We were very pleased with his professionalism.
Superior PlumbingnnThoroughly disgusted. They came and unclogged toilets and changed a float valve in master toilet. Charged me a reasonable $178. The unclogged toilets started clogging later that day. The master bathroom float runs often making so much noise that I can barely sleep in the master bedroom. Sleeping in the guest bedroom for now. I had them come back and they try to have me pay $191 to unclog a toilet that I should be able to clear using my own RIGID toilet auger I bought from Amazon for $40. Suspecting a potential problem. Will just start over again with somebody new.nnNot recommended under any circumstances.
We had any homeowners worst nightmare, waking up to a flooded bathroom and water coming through the ceiling. They sent James out that same morning, he was so nice and SO knowledgeable. He found a huge issue that was most likely causing the main issue and was quick, clean and effective. Would highly recommend James and the Superior Plumbing and Drains company!
Water Leaking in ceiling. The technician check several areas, explained the reason, that no service was needed. Honest and professional. I will call Superior if I need their service. A company you can trust.
