I give them three because they only did the upstairs. The free estimate, the guy was great, and very thorough of what will be done. After they get done (they got called to return because of severe weather Thursday, and as I expected, Friday, they were doing flood restoration. ) they will most likely move to five stars. Very expensive but if you want a twenty year old home to look new, they are you people!
Our PM was great throughout the process. Had some difficulties with the subcontractor from an timeliness and initial quality perspective but they made it right in the end. The contractor that did the carpet was great, high quality and professional. We had a mishap with another restoration company - was 2 months with no action, ServPro bailed us out and completed the work in a few weeks before we had company over the holidays. Thank You!!!!
I called in with concerns of mold in a/c and was told they would speak with a technician and call me back. That was a week ago, no call yet.
Ecila and Dania did an amazing job cleaning and sanitizing our basement after we had a plumbing overflow issue! I highly recommend this location! Thank you!
