I needed my mattress cleaned asap due to water leaked from my roof the prices he has are GREAT best in town i was going to do a few mattress problem was he didn't have a portable to be able to come inside the house said it was too far away for his hose to reach there was probably about 20 feet from the front door to my room if 250 feet wasn't enough i think it wouldn't been if he would've tried at least by us moving one of the white trucks from there to where my mattress would've been i think he could've made it happen for me that's why I'm upset didn't even come in the house to see how much further he had to go i think he just didn't want to.
Todd was very professional, arrived on time, and did a wonderful job on my carpets. I highly recommend his carpet cleaning services.
Todd Dale is unprofessional and condescending. He completely obliterated my carpets and they stink horribly after he “cleaned” them. He has harassed me to unfile my claim with the BBB and tried to bribe me to do so. Do not recommend him or his business.
