Mr. Waldroup was tied up on another job when I called him, but he asked me to send him pictures of the problem, and he walked me through how to fix it step-by-step (offering to come by later in the evening, but telling me how I could fix it in the meantime.)nHe didn’t make any money off of me today, but he was honest and helpful and selfless with his time, and I will definitely be calling him in the future when I need a plumber.

We had a plumbing emergency in the afternoon the day before thanksgiving. We had guests at our nc cabin and we were in Florida. We must have called 40 plumbers, no one answered or could come out for several days. Mr Waldroup went to our cabin immediately and fixed the problem. He even sent us a bill rather than take payment over the phone. We will always use him from now on.

Matt re-plumbed our bathroom during renovations, and he was very reasonably priced and did a great job. Later, when a pipe froze and burst, he was our first call. He came out on a Sunday morning and had our problem fixed in no time. Very happy with the service
