I would highly recommend 1st Choice Septic! Mindy, the receptionist was friendly, helpful, and professional. She went above a beyond to meet our needs in an emergency. I had to deal with Josh over the phone due to distance and scheduling to help figure out the remedy to our situation. He ALSO, was very nice, professional, and very informative. Thank you 1st Choice, Mindy and Josh! They are awesome!
Brandon and TJ came out on a Sunday to diagnose the issue with my septic and were able to fix the issue very quickly. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and I really appreciate them digging on the weekend! I also appreciate Mindy’s responsiveness to my call and for getting me set up so quickly. I will definitely use them in the future as they come fully prepared to fix the issues they find and take the time to explain things and answer questions. I highly recommend this company.
Very good service. James was great & did everything so efficiently. I was on a virtual meeting & there was no interruptions. Wonderful-definitely recommend them for maintenance & trouble calls!
Jamie and Cameron came right out today they were very professional and explained everything to me. I have never even seen a septic tank before and they were very informative. They were quick and fast and was on there A game on customer service. They are a real great asset to your company.
The company was quick, clean and efficient. (2018)nnEdited to add: I just used 1st Choice again (2021) and once more they were fantastic! Jamey and Brandon were quick and efficient. Both knew what they were doing and were very friendly! I wish Google had a way to review more than once.
