Brian replaced an outdoor spigot on the same day that we called. Reasonable pricing and professional service. I will recommend and use his services in the future.
Overpriced and delivered different service than what was promised.nnService that was agreed to was a replacement of the spout for a new spout. This was after providing pictures via text message. $250 was the agreed to cost for this.nnWhen he arrived, while he fixed the problem, he did NOT replace the spout with a new one like we had agreed to.nnA competing plumbing company quoted me $175 for the same fix. I only went with Brian's Plumbing for $250 because it was agreed that a new spout would be installed.nnGoing back on the word is not good business.
Brian was quick to respond to my call. He arrived on time and fixed my clogged drain quickly. His 25 years in the plumbing business gave me confidence that he was more than qualified to help me with my plumbing. I also appreciate his service in the United States Marine Corps. I highly recommend Brian for your plumbing needs.
I was so impressed with Brian's knowledge and professionalism, not only did he address my plumbing needs but while he was in my crawlspace he made me aware of some other issues that I have going on. No show. Set a time but called to say he couldn't make it. Set a new time two days later which was also no show but this time they didn't even call. I called them twice more and left messages. No call back. This was an easy job
