We had a woven area rug made of jute, cotton & wool clean by Total Care today. I am extremely happy with the services done today!! Because of the content of the rug, it required extra care compared to polyester or olefin rug. He was very knowledgeable on how to clean it correctly so as to not damage or discolor the rug. He talked you through the cleaning process & how to care of the rug as it dries. He also was able to treat the area where one of our dogs had an accident. I am very happy with the results & will definitely be using their services again! Thank you!

I just had an area rug cleaned today that had pet stains and golden retriever hair on it. He did an AMAZING job explaining everything and then did an equally amazing job cleaning it. It looks beautiful. I look forward to using this company again when it's time to clean the carpets in our house. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them.

I just received a deep clean service today and I am very pleased with the results! He gave us a very thorough description of the state of our carpets, what he could do for us, The products being used (we have young children), and aftercare. My husband and I only got the places done that we thought were really bad, but after seeing the results he will definitely hear from us to do the rest of our home! I highly recommend this service.

I reached out to Bruce because we needed our upstairs carpets cleaned after our puppy had a few accidents. He was super responsive, professional, and friendly which in turn made setting up the appointment super easy and fast. Bruce did a great job and our carpets look and smell great. We would definitely recommend his services and will use again in the future.

Bruce came through for me in a tough time today!! My daughter had found herself into a large jar peanut butter and decided to paint walls, furniture, and the floor. I called and let Bruce know I’m dead meat if I can’t get my floors cleaned before my wife comes home from work. He laughed and said he had never cleaned peanut butter From carpets before lol. Honest to God 20 minutes after we hung up the phone he was here. Cannot say enough about Bruce or his company!!
