Great set up and easy to locate items. The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of items for any of your needs regarding farming or home care. The location is easy to find and ample amount of parking with bus/trailer/large vehicle spots. The prices are affordable and let's of options/brands available.

I called ahead to find out about horse panels. I had already called other stores that didn't have them or said they had them and when we got there they didn't. Not only did they find out if they had the panels, they walked outside to verify how many since I was driving an hour. The store was extremely clean, well stocked, and the staff were so incredibly helpful and nice. They helped load everything and helped me find other items. Will definetly be back! I hope these wonderful staff stay!

Yep, the store is new. Yep, the staff is friendly. But I wasted a lot of time with a store that has a lot of kinks to work out.nnI prepaid for a large tarp via online that I could have ordered elsewhere. I wanted to see the tarp and make sure it was waterproof enough for my needs. The website advised ordering first to make sure it was in stock. And so I did since I was in Cary and the drive was 30 minutes.nnAfter confirmation that the item had been pulled, I took the drive to the store. Immediately, I could see it was the wrong item pullrf. I advised the staff and they checked for the tarp I had ordered. No luck. Out of stock. No kidding? They said they would be getting it in soon and not to worry. No one offered to ship it to my address because I was not coming back to pick it up being an hour round trip. So, I spoke to the manager. After restating my issue he said they could ship it.nn9 days later I received a call from someone in the shipping dept. and said they would send it (he mentioned that very day was his last at the company.)nnAfter 11 days I have not received said item. What a hassle. What a waste of time.

Beautiful new store! I thought the staff went out of their way to be helpful. They were unable to get a specific item in I wanted, they say they get what comes on the truck. If I wanted to order it, it was almost a $10 shipping fee, to the store! Corporate should change this practice.

Love this new store. Laid out like more Tractor Supply stores. Staff is friendly and helpful. Glad to have you in this part of town. Don't like the drive in Fuquay anyway. Welcome to Cleveland Crossroads.
