I been using this drycleanspot for a while now and have been getting better service. Their quality is really good. Friendly staff. One day I have to go out of town and need clothes dry-cleaned for same day and they did it. Their prices are not high but they have better quality services.nI don’t care what other has to say but my experience with them is really good.
I just took plastic off my clothes to find that my brand new $45 skirt was ripped due to too much steam or heat.. it was a soft linen skirt.. I want it replaced even asked can this be taken care of properly and I was told yes
New management i love it..... The quality much better than before ....
Once you get used to paying for the service prior to receiving it it's good.
Update: I took a cashmere sweater to be cleaned. It had only been work a couple times and was completely in tact. I got it back and there were several holes that my arms could fit through in the mid section!!! They tried to tell me it was damaged before it arrived! No way could that be true!!! The sad part is, they LOOK AT EVERYTHING because it’s prepaid! I don’t think I’ll be going back if your machinery is going to eat clothing, and you blame that on your customers. That’s terrible customer service!nnOriginal Review: I recently switched to this company since the cleaners I used to frequent closed their doors for business. I read the reviews and was a little hesitant to try the Dry Clean Spot out... thankfully, I disregarded the poor reviews and gave them a chance. I am so glad I did! I love the transparent pricing, quick turn around, and the fact that they do not up charge for women’s items. I will definitely be back for many years to come.
