They really did a horrible job on me and my daughters nails they rushed when there was no One in the nails salon. Horrible, horrible job. Will never go again.

Been a customer of Kelly's for 4 years, she's the Best for me! The place is immaculate, everyone is masked, temps taken, and hand sanitizer must be used when you enter, and you always get a warm welcome when you arrive! Highly recommend this place!ud83dude0a

I am sorry to say that this salon has gone DOWN hill since they reopened after the pandemic.nI had to go back in less than a week because one of my acrylics fell off and others were lifting.nThe owner wanted to charge me another $38 dollars. I told her that I paid $77 last week for a pedi &new set of acrylics. She then only took $5. off and charged me $33 bucks! And then actually asked me for a tip!! I was Outraged, and my nails look horrible!! For some reason I felt so intimidated I could speak up.nNeedless to say, I will Never go back!!

Disappointing pedicure. Feet were not smooth or manicured, hardly exfoliated, nonexistent massage. Charged a $5.00 Fee for PPE to the service cost. Really wanted to receive a pedi from a technician interested in providing a great service, not a silent, going thru the motions service.
