Serena has such a welcoming, tropical, and clean environment. Mia and her staff are so friendly. The shampoo/massage treatment is my favorite!! Always walk out of there feeling so pampered and looking good.

Mai Is a wonderful hairstylist who truly does an exceptional job. She is so polite and friendly and her level of professionalism is second to none!!! I could go on and on about how this business is run and how clean and inviting it is to be a customer. If you want a great haircut by someone who is so knowledgeable and attentive to the details she is no doubt the one to go to. My brother recommended Serena’s hair design, he only comes here!nShe was very welcoming and always remembers what you haircut you like. I absolutely love her. Prices are perfect. I live far and I come all the way to maple valley just for a haircut with Serena. The best part is you don’t get any hair on your clothes because she washes it twice and at times 3 times. She’s a very busy lady but she always makes it happen. I recommend this place 100%.

Great spot for men and women. Appreciate the detail and the wash at the end. Pricing is just a bit above the chain spots, but Mai is so much more skilled and detailed. She remembers you, your preferences, and treats you like family.

Mai has been cutting my hair for over 15 years in three different locations. One of the special treats of getting your hair cut at Serena Hair Design is the head massages. So relaxing!
