I love my hair! Michelle is awesome. She asked all the right questions about what I was looking for and did exactly what I asked. She was fast and did a great job with my foil. I will definitely be returning to this salon. Thank you Michelle. You are the rock star of the foiling world!

Michelle is the best! I am from the east coast and Michelle does my hair and it has never looked better! She is truly amazing!

If you have long curly hair don't waste your time going to her. She has two hair cuts either a inverted bob or just a bob that she doesn't know how to layer or feather. Everyone walks out of salon looking the same. I went in with two years worth of growth (my hair was mid back long) with pictures to show her how I wanted it. I stipulate I wanted the top a bit shorter and to blend it in with the length on the sides which in the photos was all one length. I used to have barrel curls but because of her cut it wont curl properly. First thing I said was dont cut any length off the back. The first thing she did was cut the under nape hair so short I cant even pull it back into a pony tail. She also screwed up the sides and they are so uneven it wont even stay in place with clippies. I will need to let it grow out at least 3 months before I can get another cut. She then had the audacity to tell me she cut it in a way the curl wont grow out curly any more. The worst thing is she butchered the top of my hair and the sides too. I can no longer get it to feather back or fall into place for it to look good. Even though I made a complaint and she gave me the chance to rectify the problem it by refunding my money or fixing the problem (fat chance after she butchered me). I took the refund. I wont be going back. Save your money and look for a different salon to patronize.

Thank You So Very Much Michele @ Lake Sawyer Hair Design for the most fabulous hair color and up to date cut I have had in a very long time. Looking up ”Hair Design” last week, I decided to look up this Hair Salon. When I saw that it was in close proximity to my neighborhood, I decided to send a note, via FB. Michele got back to me shortly after I sent the message via Messenger with my questions. We chatted via FB Messenger, and then I decided to call. I set up an appointment with the date and time given, in which Michele fit me in, after wanting to come in this week. I walked in this professional Salon today, and felt welcome immediately. When I sat down in the chair, Michele listened intensely, and asked pertinent questions in what I desired today. This very talented stylist colored and cut my hair into exactly what I wanted ”in the pcture”. While sitting in a comfortable chair, and environment, Michele asked various questions, making sure she was on point. Michele colored my hair, while we had a friendly conversation. The Stylist next to us, and her client shared in the chatting that was happening. I felt at “home” at this clean Salon, which does not occur in the large corporate Salons. You can see from the picture (on their website) what happened when my appointment came to an end. I actually closed my eyes while Michele was styling my hair and when I saw myself in the mirror, I was beyond ecstatic!!! I plan to share my experience with family and friends. Incredible boutique experience! Rainy updated my undercut with a design and beautiful color! Can't wait to try out more!!
