I personally called and spoke to the receptionist twice yesterday about replacing a faucet in my shower in my home located in Nashville. This business is 10 miles on the nose from my home and they wanted to charge $75 JUST to drive here. They conveniently never told me of this charge, but they DID tell my husband when he called to speak with them himself this morning. We will not be using this establishment. $75 to drive 10 miles and it doesn't even go towards to cost of repairs? You people are out of your mind.

Do not do business with this company. Unreliable, and Unprofessional. There are much better options. Do yourself a favor and avoid.
These guys came well recommended by people I work with, and I enjoy sharing about local businesses who do right by their community!
I came home to a flooded backyard. I was more than satisfied with the quick and pleasant service I received after hours. It was obviously a stressful situation and I am just happy Mr.Bender got it under control. Pemberton was recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
