I give them 5* all day long as long as the lady employees stay off there cell phones in the tunnel! When James Bowles and his mgr are on shift, I am greeted at the terminal. My side mirrors turned in and Handed my receipt and hand towels. They always ask how my day was going cause I bring my biz vehicles to the tunnel. It’s personal service with them. The other crews I have to get out of my truck, get my towels. Because of that I grab an extra towel. Stop at the entrance get out of the truck and push my mirrors in, while the employees watch me or play on their cell phones. My hats off to James and his manager for their personal service!

The people that offer service are friendly and great you with a smile. And any help or question they are very helpful and if they don’t have the answer. They will make sure next time they will. I had complain that the tiers were not clean and also the shine wax on tiers were only on spots. I have suggested to have on hand the spray to do it in case the machine don’t do the job. They Ofer tonPass car again threw the car wash. I already had dry my car. So I said no thank you. I have the monthly service. I can go everyday for 25.00 a month. I love it.

Customer service was great. However the wash was not good at all. I went through 2 times at $20 each and my vehicle still had soap on it and was very dirty from mid vehicle down. The tires and back of the vehicle looked like it wasn't even touched. I understand this is a auto wash but it could be alot better.

I like the hours of this car wash. They are open whenever I need a wash. Their vacuums have good power. They have friendly staff. Wish they provided a detailing service as well.

On this visit, while my truck was going through wash, conveyor belt malfunctioned and speed up my vehicle causing it to ram into back of truck in front of me. I am a repeat customer and have never had any other problems prior to this. Waiting on response from Car Wash USA Express
