Morganton Ace Hardware

I really like pulling right up to the store and not having to walk a mile to get a few things.

Seems like everyone has problems getting propane from this Ace Hardware. I’ve gone there several times and been treated fairly decent but today I went there to get propane and was so angered by the rudeness of the staff that I just left without getting propane. You guys should really work on this seems like your staff has trouble filling propane tanks. They get this uppity attitude like you’re asking him to do something and they are just plain unhelpful. Don’t know how else to say that really a nice store though I hope the owners get some control of their staff.

Stopped by to purchase some bags of fertilizer, and asked someone inside to please tell me where it was. He pointed to the door and said out on the patio, I looked everywhere. It wasn't on the patio, so I asked someone else, and the said under the green roof outside. Not one person offered to walk with me to help me find it. The 2nd employee I asked was also rude, (along with not assisting me). I went out and loaded a 50 pound bag alone. No one offered to help. Their customer service has gone downhill.

This is a great store They have great variety of hardware and home supplies
